ANZ Plus, 2023 - 2024
After drawdown, customers lacked visibility into their loan progress, making it hard to stay engaged or optimise repayments.
My task was to design real-time insights to promote financial wellbeing and empower confident loan management.
Financial wellbeing behaviours are driven by surfacing information that helps customers live well with their loan today. These customer priorities guide the insights made.
Carried over the well-received loan progress insight to ANZ Plus to maintain continuity and build on existing customer value.
'Getting Ahead' showed how extra contributions put customers ahead on their loan, while reinforcing a financial safety net and encouraging healthier financial habits.
