After settlement, engagement typically dropped, leaving customers disconnected and under-supported.

As a new home loan, a scalable foundation had to be considered, while immediately delivering control and support to help customers live well with their loan today.

After drawdown, the home loan appears in the Property tab. The design considered scenarios with multiple loans or an application in progress.

The home loan account is centered on three core areas:

Activity:

A timeline view showing what’s happening in the loan, keeping customers informed of key events.

Insights:

Visual tools to highlight loan progress and encourage behaviours that support financial wellbeing.

Manage:

Giving customers the control to view and adjust their loan with ease.

To support a growing suite of banking products and maintain a consistent app experience, we consolidated Activity and Insights into one unified view and transitioned Manage into a dedicated modal for clearer separation of controls.
